Operational Pattern of Urban-Rural Integration Regulated by Land Use in Metropolitan Fringe of China

Due to a lack of the realization mechanism and operational pattern urban-rural integration by land use, this study employs use regulate interface elements achieve development. Therefore, we analyzed reality in Pukou District Nanjing City, typical metropolitan fringe China, investigated farmers’ willingness representative villages. The results show that (1) According combination resource environment, development intensity potential, is divided into four areas, including optimization area, key urban agricultural ecotourism area. Most farmers have strong realize use; (2) This proposes an regional use. mainly based on “reality + policy” using three tools “farmland reconsolidation, village reconstruction factor reallocation”. It achieves through “zoning guidance–willingness driven–pattern selection–differentiated tools”.
